Department: Materials Management / Stores
Reports to: Store Manager / Purchase Manager
Qualification: Graduate (B.Com/B.Sc preferred); Diploma in Materials/Hospital Management is an added advantage
Experience: 2–4 years in hospital/pharma/healthcare stores

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, surgical items, and general stores
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual and HIS/ERP-based inventory software)
- Monitor stock levels, set reorder points, and raise indents to prevent stock-outs of critical items
- Conduct physical stock verification/audits at scheduled intervals and reconcile discrepancies
- Check quality, expiry dates, and batch numbers of incoming materials against purchase orders
- Coordinate with purchase department, vendors,



and department heads for timely material availability
- Ensure FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practice, especially for pharmaceuticals and consumables
- Maintain proper documentation: GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and audit trail
- Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory norms (drug storage conditions, NABH standards)
- Coordinate disposal of expired/damaged goods as per hospital policy

Skills Required: Inventory management software proficiency, MS Excel, attention to detail, organizational skills, basic knowledge of medical/surgical items

Pay: ₹15,029.11 - ₹25,537.45 per month
