About the Role

Join ShftX's dynamic Marketing Team as an Advertising Manager – E-commerce, where you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid advertising across ShftX's e-commerce channels.

You will lead ShftX's advertising charter across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other emerging e-commerce platforms,



translating business objectives into scalable and profitable advertising programs.

The role involves managing advertising budgets and P&L;, building and mentoring a team of Performance Marketing Executives, and working closely with Category, Supply Chain, Design, Product, and Analytics teams to drive visibility, sales, profitability, and market share across ShftX's e-commerce business.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands the dynamics of marketplace advertising, inventory, product-level performance, bidding, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making and is ready to take ownership of strategy, team management, and P&L; accountability.

Key Responsibilities1. Advertising Strategy & P&L; Ownership
- Own the end-to-end advertising strategy and budget/P&L; across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other e-commerce advertising platforms.
- Define platform-wise, category-wise, and SKU-wise advertising spend allocation.
