Job Summary

Teknix Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to

lead and expand our elevator sales operations in the Bhubaneswar region. The ideal

candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of exclusive experience in elevator

sales, with a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and

revenue growth within the lift industry. The role involves driving sales strategy,

strengthening market presence, and managing key customer relationships.

This position is for a new branch setup in Bhubaneswar,to identifying and

establishing new branch opportunities in high-potential regions to support

business expansion..

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in

the elevator segment.

 Lead, mentor,



and guide the sales team to enhance performance and achieve

business objectives.

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial,

and infrastructure elevator projects.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects,

consultants, and contractors.

 Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, site visits, proposal

submission to order finalization.

 Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports for management

review.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in the

elevator industry.

 Coordinate with engineering, installation, service, and finance teams for

smooth project execution.

 Ensure timely payment collections and maintain high levels of customer

satisfaction.

 Participate in industry meetings, exhibitions, and client presentations to

promote company offerings.
