Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications and workflows.
- Implement and support Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Resource Management modules.
- Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and implement reports, dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio analytics.
- Configure Project Workspaces, Agile Boards, and Resource Plans.
- Integrate ServiceNow SPM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Support data migration, upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
- Participate in solution design workshops and client discussions.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills
- 36 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow SPM/PPM implementations.

- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with Service Portal and Workspace configurations.
- Valuable understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory).
- CIS-SPM Certification preferred.
- CAD Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in client-facing and consulting roles.
- Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules is a plus.
