We’re looking for a
Sales & Guest Relations Executive
who is passionate about hospitality, sales, and creating memorable guest experiences.

What are we looking for :
- Prior
experience in sales
, preferably within the
hospitality industry
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with
OTA platforms
- Excellent communication skills and confidence handling
calls, emails, and chats
- Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to understand and assist guests throughout their journey
- Ability to handle guest queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to convert enquiries into bookings and contribute to overall revenue growth

What you will be doing:




- Handle sales enquiries across calls, emails, chats, and OTA platforms
- Assist guests from the initial enquiry through booking and post-stay interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure issues are addressed promptly
- Follow up with leads and maximise booking conversions
- Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat business
- Support the resort’s overall sales and guest-relations efforts
