Job description:
We are hiring MEP Engineer (Plumbing and Firefighting) for our RLD ALTIMA Site Office Kelambakkam
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle plumbing and firefighting works at site for high-rise residential projects.
Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and consultant teams.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning works.
Ensure work follows safety rules and fire authority norms.
Monitor manpower, materials, and daily progress.
Requirements:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field.
Min 4 to 8 years experience in plumbing and firefighting works in high-rise residential buildings.
Basic knowledge of drawings and fire safety codes.
Positive site coordination and communication skills.
