We're Hiring: IT Project Manager

We're not looking for a "meeting manager."

We're looking for someone who can take ownership, align people, remove blockers, and make things happen.

If you can translate client requirements into clear action plans and ensure projects move from idea to execution without chaos, we'd love to speak with you.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements from CRM and client-facing teams.

• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for developers and technical teams.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and priorities.

• Coordinate between clients, CRM teams, developers, designers, and stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

• Drive accountability across teams while maintaining solid relationships.

• Have excellent communication skills.

• Are fluent in English and can communicate or understand Hindi.

• Are highly organized and obsessed with follow-ups.

• Can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Know how to balance client expectations with development realities.

Experience

• 2-4 years in IT Project Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, project planning, and stakeholder management preferred.
