Job Requirement




A detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive supporting
our sales team by managing quotations, purchase orders, and end-to-end sales coordination. This role is critical in ensuring smooth
documentation, timely follow-ups, and accurate order processing.

Role Description
- Prepare, review, and send quotations to clients based on
respective delivery team / Sales team inputs and pricing
guidelines.
- Track and follow up on quotation approvals, PO
confirmations, and order status with clients and internal
stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations, POs, and related
documents in MS Excel.

Job Profile
- Support the sales team with sales coordination tasks, including
scheduling, documentation, and client communication.
- Maintaining Reports and Dashboards to track sales funnels end-
to-end using Zoho CRM.
- Generate periodic reports on quotation-to-order conversion,
