1. Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Solar Consultant / Sales Executive to drive sales growth, onboard channel partners and solar vendors, and manage the customer journey from lead generation to installation. The role requires strong relationship-building, revenue ownership, and field sales capabilities.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1 Vendor & Channel Partner Development
- Identify and onboard solar vendors (EPC partners), electricians, contractors, and dealers.
- Build and maintain a robust regional partner network.
- Train partners on products, subsidy processes, and platform usage.

2.2 Revenue & Sales Management
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Convert leads through effective customer engagement and negotiations.
- Ensure high conversion rates and revenue realization.

2.3 Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local networking.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business targets.

2.4 Customer Consultation & Site Visits
- Conduct site surveys and assess project feasibility.
- Educate customers on solar solutions, cost savings, and government subsidies.
- Provide customized proposals based on customer requirements.

2.5 Project Execution & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for installation and documentation.
- Ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners.

3. Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
