Core Sales Duties
- Make cold and warm calls to current and existing buyers to pitch products.
- Follow company sales scripts to handle objections and close deals.
- Upsell or cross-sell extra features and new releases.
- Generate and qualify leads for field or outside sales teams.
- Meet or beat daily call volume and revenue quotas.
Customer Support and Operation
- Answer client questions about pricing, features, and policies.
- Resolve complaints or disputes to protect company reputation.
- Conduct post-sale satisfaction check-ins.

Experience:
- Telemarketing/Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
