Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee the organization's accounting, finance, taxation, compliance, and audit functions. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise in financial accounting, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, account finalization, and ERP systems. The role requires effective coordination with auditors, vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry and exposure to Zoho ERP / Zoho Books will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

· Manage and oversee the end-to-end accounting operations of the organization.

· Ensure timely monthly,



quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.

· Lead the finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

· Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and supporting schedules.

· Monitor General Ledger, Trial Balance, reconciliations, and financial controls.

· Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all accounting records.

GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance

· Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.).

· Manage GST reconciliations, input tax credit, assessments, audits, and notices.

· Oversee TDS deductions, payments, reconciliations, and return filings.

· Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act and other statutory regulations.

· Keep abreast of changes in taxation and regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes.

Audit Management

· Coordinate with Statutory Auditors,
