Job Overview We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and growth-oriented Junior HR Executive cum Office Assistant. In this role, you will manage internal office operations, support HR functions, and actively contribute to company growth. A background in technology and digital marketing is highly valued, as you will leverage these skills to improve operational efficiency and brand visibility. This is a core office management role, not a front-desk position.

LOCATION : KOLKATA
- Drive Company Growth: Support business expansion by optimizing internal workflows, identifying operational bottlenecks, and assisting in growth-focused initiatives.
- HR Support: Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding new hires, and maintaining updated employee databases.
- Office Management: Oversee daily internal operations, manage files, and coordinate office logistics to ensure a productive work environment.
- Tech & Database Handling: Manage HR software, internal digital tools, and troubleshoot basic tech or software needs.




- Digital Marketing Assistance: Enhance company growth by supporting social media management, online branding, and digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A background in IT, Computer Science, or Business is a major plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and quick adaptability to new software or digital tools.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Exposure to social media management, SEO, or online marketing tools is preferred.
- Growth Mindset: Robust multitasking abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in business development.

Pay: ₹176,828.42 - ₹324,144.78 per year
