About The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end hiring across our non-sales functions, including Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and G&A.;

You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist,



owning sourcing and screening while learning to run full-cycle recruitment. This is a high-ownership entry point into talent at a quick-scaling AI startup, ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who wants exposure across functions and room to grow quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline (primary focus)
- Proactively source candidates for non-sales roles through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Instahyre, etc.), referrals, and communities.
- Build and maintain healthy pipelines for open engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations roles.
- Keep candidate databases and hiring trackers accurate and up to date.
- Screening & Coordination
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication, motivation, role fit, and basic qualification against the brief.
- Schedule interviews across panels, manage feedback loops, and keep candidates and interviewers informed at every stage.
