Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Associate SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules, with exposure to either support projects or end-to-end implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) module implementation and support activities.
• Handle configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in SAP FICO. • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure smooth communication throughout project lifecycle.
• Support financial processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Controlling.
• Assist in system testing, user training, and documentation.
• Provide timely resolution to tickets/issues in support projects.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Solid knowledge of SAP FICO module.
• Hands-on experience in configuration and support.
• Understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Technical Skills:
• Experience in handling support tickets (incident, problem, and change management).
• Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
• Exposure to data migration, LSMW, or data upload tools.
Experience:
Minimum: 2.5 years
Must have experience in at least one support project or one end-to-end implementation project.
