Role & responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities, trends, and growth channels.
- Develop monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies.
- Manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.

2. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple platforms.
- Manage and grow social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly social media calendars and content strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all social platforms.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, impressions, and overall page performance.
- Identify trending topics, formats, hashtags, and opportunities for organic growth.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and social media executives.




- Review and approve social media content before publishing.
- Handle social media campaigns, promotions, and audience engagement.

3. Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Other relevant advertising platforms
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROI/ROAS.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and take corrective actions.
- Prepare regular paid campaign performance reports.

4. SEO & Website Marketing
- Have robust knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
- Develop SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with SEO executives and content teams.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions, and organic performance.
