Roles & Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints related to scrap processing and metallurgy.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify quality improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct scrap trials at customer end and provide solutions.
- Provide metallurgical expertise and process improvement recommendations to processing units.
- Support customers in scrap selection, segregation, processing, and application based on technical requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure processed scrap meets customer specifications.
- Visit customer plants and processing facilities to provide technical support and resolve quali
