Role -L2 Application Support Engineer

Location- Bengaluru (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer with a solid background in .NET-based applications, Azure Cloud, and Production Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting critical business applications, incident management, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring application health, and participating in 24x7 on-call support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 production support for .NET applications hosted on Azure.
- Monitor application performance and availability using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Azure Application Insights, and Azure Monitor.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support and major incident management activities.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement preventive actions.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve application issues.
- Support deployments, releases, maintenance activities, and performance testing exercises.
- Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, operational reports, and monitoring solutions.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through ServiceNow.
- Review application logs, database queries, and Azure services to identify issues proactively.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and operational reviews.
- Ensure system stability, reliability, and continuous service improvement.
