We are looking for a Live Proctor to monitor online assessments and ensure a fair and smooth test experience for candidates. The ideal applicant should have excellent English communication skills, be adaptable to work in rotational shifts, and be an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor candidates during online assessments through audio/video platforms.
- Ensure test guidelines are followed strictly and report any violations.
- Provide clear instructions to candidates before and during the assessment.
- Document and escalate issues or technical concerns to the support team.
- Maintain professionalism and follow company protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- Excellent fluency in English (verbal and written).




- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights/weekends if required.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Prior experience in proctoring/BPO is an added advantage but not mandatory.
