We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Infrastructure Solution Engineer to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) via our AIOPS ENGINEERING INDIA team. This role is located in Chennai, India.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the architecture, design,
and development of enterprise-grade full-stack applications across user interface, backend, integration, and data layers.
- Design and implement scalable frontend architectures, reusable user-interface component models, and high-performance experiences for complex enterprise workflows.
- Build and optimise backend platforms, microservices, APIs, and service-orchestration layers that support mission-critical applications.
- Design and develop AI-enabled application capabilities, including conversational interfaces, embedded AI experiences, workflow augmentation, and intelligent decision-support features.
- Ensure continuity and stability of the 1Desk 2.0 migration and the associated automation frameworks supporting Disaster Recovery, Data Centre Recovery, and Cyber Recovery orchestration.
