Role & responsibilities

Plant HR Operations
- Manage complete HR operations for the plant, covering workers, staff, and operational manpower.
- Drive recruitment and manpower requirements for various plant-level positions.
- Manage the employee lifecycle including joining formalities, onboarding, induction, attendance, leave administration, and maintenance of employee records.
- Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, processes, and procedures effectively at the plant.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace-related concerns.

Contract Labour & Contractor Management
- Manage deployment and day-to-day administration of contract manpower.




- Ensure all contractor documentation and statutory requirements are properly maintained.
- Monitor contractor attendance, manpower deployment, billing, and compliance-related activities.
- Ensure contractors adhere to applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with labour contractors for manpower planning and fulfillment of operational requirements.

Labour Compliance & Audits
- Manage and coordinate SMETA and other social/compliance audits at the plant.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.
- Maintain necessary compliance records, registers, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and other stakeholders during audits and compliance reviews.
- Identify compliance gaps and support timely corrective actions.
