Software Support Engineer Kolkata 2023 Immediate opening for a Software Support Engineer Candidate will be responsible for :

Learning and mastering our products and tools

Interacting with customers independently for resolution of issues

Taking customer feedback and solving queries

Resolution of technical issues reported by customers (L2 and L3 level support)

Training customers on our Product

Customer satisfaction and retention

Maintaining proper records of work

Demonstration of the product for a prospective client

Eligibility :

Bachelors degree minimum 2 years relevant experience within the enterprise IT sector





Excellent programming skill with passion for programming

Expertise in Java script with knowledge in node

js

Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a passion for problem-solving and investigation

Ability to manage and grow existing enterprise customer and partner relationships by delivering high-quality support (Nice to have)

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to deal with rapid change and limited structure
