Role & responsibilities
- Scale up processes from R&D; to pilot and plant level.
- Develop PFD and support preparation of P&ID.;
- Plan and execute pilot plant trials.
- Monitor yield, quality, and productivity during trials, Prepare trial reports and technical documentation.
- Coordinate technology transfer from R&D; to production
- Lead plant trials for current product commercialization
- Participate in HAZOP and risk assessment studies.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, maintenance, EHS, and production teams.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in Chemical Industry / Specialty Chemical / Intermediate manufacturing industry.
Qualification : B. Tech / M.Tech / equivalent - Chemical
