Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This position involves managing inbound and outbound calls, identifying prospective clients,



and generating qualified leads for DALMAF’s professional service offerings. The role includes explaining service features, preparing basic quotations, following up with prospects, and supporting the conversion of leads into ongoing client relationships. The Inside Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, coordinate with internal teams to address client queries, and ensure timely responses to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular activities also include meeting daily call and lead targets, updating management on sales pipelines, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls and meet conversion targets.
