Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications powered by LLMs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks, and cloud deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-step AI workflows.
- Build Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval techniques.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and business applications.
- Implement tool calling, planning, reasoning, memory, feedback loops, guardrails, and failure recovery.
- Develop scalable AI services and APIs using Python.
- Deploy and manage AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native services.




- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, evaluation, and observability for production AI systems.
- Optimize AI applications for accuracy, latency, cost, security, and scalability.
- Implement responsible AI practices including data privacy, prompt-injection protection, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of Software Engineering / AI/ML experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
- Proven experience with Agentic AI and autonomous AI systems.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs – OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen / Semantic Kernel.
- Robust experience in RAG, embeddings, vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and enterprise integrations.
