Responsible for developing and managing third-party manufacturing business. The role involves appointing distributors, generating leads, coordinating with production, and ensuring business growth through franchise networks and contract manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for third-party manufacturing and convert them into business
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors
- Handle product inquiries, quotations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, QA, logistics) for order execution
- Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper documentation (agreements, invoices, dispatch details)
- Support in promotional strategies and marketing campaigns
Required Skills:
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of pharma products and PCD business model
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of regulatory and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Pharm, B.Sc., BBA, or related field preferred)
- Experience: 1–5 years in PCD pharma / third-party sales (preferred)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new franchise appointments
- Revenue generated from PCD / third-party clients
- Client retention rate
- Order volume and repeat business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
