Key Objective:

To provide friendly and efficient service to guests by keeping the dining area clean and comfortable, ensuring smooth table service, and supporting the restaurant team to deliver a good dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the dining area clean, neat, and hygienic.
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu information.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly.
- Attend to guest requests and provide timely service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food is served on time.
- Handle reservations, waiting lists, and table arrangements.
- Check and refill necessary dining items and supplies.
- Work closely with the restaurant team for smooth operations.
- Listen to guest complaints and help resolve issues professionally.
- Support the team during events, functions, and special occasions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
