About the Role

We are hiring graduates with strong typing, computer skills, and attention to detail for a demographics data processing project.

The role focuses on entering, updating, validating, and maintaining accurate demographic data within agreed timelines.

Project, process, and system training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and validate demographic data.
- Review source information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Identify and escalate missing, incorrect, inconsistent, or complex records.
- Follow SOPs, confidentiality requirements, quality guidelines, and productivity targets.
- Maintain work documentation and communicate data issues or clarifications with the team.

Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good computer literacy, MS Office knowledge, and ability to work with web-based applications.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
- Good English comprehension, communication skills, and ability to follow instructions.




- Quick learner who can work independently, in teams, and toward productivity and quality targets.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in data entry, back-office operations, BPO/KPO, CRM, or data management systems.
- Exposure to structured data processing, documentation, or process-driven work.
- Excel skills including basic sorting, filtering, and data validation.
