Kranti Group is looking for a
highly skilled and experienced Sr. Engineer – Tooling
to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cutting tools, CNC operations, tooling development, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Study part drawings and prepare tool lists in coordination with the Process Planning Engineer.
- Interact with cutting tool suppliers for tool design and finalization.
- Develop cost-per-piece proposals and tooling estimations.
- Coordinate with tooling agencies for prove-outs during development.
- Manage the team to ensure consistent tool availability across all three plants.
- Support production teams in tooling-related troubleshooting and debugging.

Required Skills
- Solid expertise in
cutting tools, tool holders,



jigs & fixtures
.
- Sound knowledge of
CNC operations and programming
.
- Understanding of
coolants and machine dynamics
.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Qualification:
BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

6–9 Years
