Design, operate, and enhance global enterprise voice systems as a Senior SIP/VoIP Engineer, supporting carrier-grade voice infrastructure with a focus on call quality and operational excellence.

What You Will Do
- Support and maintain voice infrastructure, including SBCs, policy servers, and voice gateways.
- Troubleshoot SIP signaling and call flow issues across global platforms.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to high-severity incidents as needed.
- Work closely with DevOps, Cloud, Network, and Security teams for reliable and secure service delivery.
- Partner with vendors for platform updates, tuning, and escalations.
- Implement and refine monitoring, alerting, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation, design, and continuous improvement of the voice setting.

Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in voice engineering, operations,



or telecom infrastructure
- Strong understanding of SIP stack architecture, call setup, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Hands-on experience with SBCs and policy servers (Ribbon experience required)
- Familiarity with voice routing, QoS, and integration with cloud and on-prem systems
- Experience supporting 24x7 operations, on-call support, and incident management
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities for working with distributed teams
