Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs and drafting job specifications,
- Help new hires, sourcing and screening candidates, Scheduling candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process.
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g.



professional networks and portfolio sites)
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
- Schedule candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
- Update job descriptions ;Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Attend Solve candidates queries regarding the application process
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
- Identifying and partnering with external Service providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Achieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
