Job Description:

Academics:
- To be responsible for conducting activities in accordance with the designed programme, guidelines and utilize materials, and methods that contribute to a climate where children are actively engaged in a meaningful learning experience.
- To be effectively prepared for each session i.e. read plans, attend workshops and seek clarification, if necessary.
- To be aware of the objectives listed in the planner.

Student Administration:
- The teacher should ensure that the childs growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for the age group with the active engagement in the learning process.
- Be approachable and treat children fairly and objectively.
- Inculcate discipline in and out of the classroom.
- Treat children with dignity and respect.
- Promote maximum children participation.
- Induct and guide current children.




- Supervise children during breaks, arrival and dispersal points.

Classroom Functioning:
- The teacher should follow professional practices consistent with KIDS CLUB systems and policies in working with children, records, parents, and colleagues.
- Update the coordinator about any significant episode or incident related to the classroom. (child illness, long absenteeism without intimation)
- Perform daily duties: filling up of all records, check and sign childs KIDS CLUB handbook.
- Remarks in the KIDS CLUB handbook must be written appropriately and acknowledged by the parents.
- Manage the classroom responsibly i.e. orderly and timely arrangement, appearance, dcor. Monitor the physical setup and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the classroom area.
