The Accounts & Finance Executive/Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial records, accounting operations, taxation, budgeting, banking, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role ensures accurate bookkeeping, timely payments and collections, cost control, and compliance with all financial regulations while supporting the organization's business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (Customer Payments).
- Manage Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments).
- Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Prepare monthly closing of accounts.

Finance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.




- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze business expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Monitor profitability and financial performance.
- Coordinate with banks for loans, overdrafts, and banking facilities.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.

Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Handle TDS calculation and filing.
- Ensure Income Tax compliance.
- Coordinate statutory audits and internal audits.
- Maintain financial records as per accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.

Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory valuation.
- Verify stock reports with physical inventory.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and store department.
- Analyze inventory losses and wastage.
- Calculate product costing and profitability.
- Prepare cost analysis reports.

Payroll Support
- Coordinate salary processing with HR.
