RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuous Improvement process
- Maximize resource utilization and flexibility to minimize the energy, water & utility costs.
- Drive adoption of advanced technologies, automation, digitalization across sites.
- Maintenance
- Good knowledge of Corporate Engineering plan sync with site engineering plan to minimise the breakdowns.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance plan should have coherent, effective to implement.
- Quality- Exposure to have Engineering Quality System, Faced Regulatory Audits, Participate in Self inspections / Audits.
- Budget -Preparation of annual Engineering Opex/Capex budget to meet the Corporate Business Plan.
- Project - Managing Project activities for greenfield and brownfield Capex projects across the multi-site of API & Formulation manufacturing network, ensuring adherence to GEP standards.
- Performance plan and Follow-up:
Develop Systems and processes to monitor and optimize engineering resource utilization
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience in projects and engineering department in a reputable pharmaceutical organization.
- Knowledge of all regulatory compliances and cGMP & GEP guidelines.
- Good Communication, eye for detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and implement uniform engineering strategies, policies, and procedures across locations to optimize operational performance and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements. Control engineering costs and ensure they remain within reasonable variance of sanctioned budget (Opex).
- Identify areas of energy conservation, plan propose and drive Energy Conservation projects and initiatives.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
