Role Description
The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for partner institutions and programs. This position manages inquiries, conducts informational calls or virtual meetings, and provides clear, accurate guidance on program offerings, admission requirements, and enrollment timelines.



The counselor evaluates applicant profiles, advises on suitable programs, and supports candidates in completing applications and required documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in admissions systems, following up with prospects, collaborating with internal teams and partner institutions, and meeting enrollment and service-quality targets. The role also involves contributing to outreach initiatives, refining admissions workflows, and providing feedback to improve the overall candidate experience.
