Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Nagpur. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations while building a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records and databases.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA HR/BBA preferred).
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
