We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Filling Machine Operator to join our production team in Ahmedabad, Bavla
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining filling machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality skin care, cosmetics, and oral care products
This role requires technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor filling machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting,
and minor repairs on filling equipment to minimize downtime
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work setting
Inspect filled products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or issues to supervisors
Assist in the setup, calibration, and changeover of filling machines for different production runs
Maintain accurate production records and logs
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality
Qualifications:

Proficiency in operating and maintaining filling machinery
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and SOPs
Familiarity with quality control processes and GMP standards
