Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a solid understanding of business processes and operational requirements.
- Execute system updates accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Manage system updates for equipment movements across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and seamless operational execution across all three markets.
Preferred candidate profile
min 2 years of experience in operations support.
Should be form Ports & Shipping sector background
