Key Responsibilities
Site Execution Supervision
- Execute retail fit-out projects on-site as per approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Coordination Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with the Project Manager, Design, Procurement, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
- Coordinate with mall management and local authorities for permits, NOCs, and compliance as needed.
- Ensure material availability at site in coordination with central procurement and vendors.

Quality, Compliance Safety
- Conduct regular quality checks for carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, branding, and MEP works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and mall guidelines.
- Report deviations and proactively suggest corrective measures.

Documentation Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress documentation, measurement sheets, and checklists.
- Highlight delays, risks,



and issues to the Project Manager with timely updates.
- Assist in project handover documentation and snag closure.

Requirements: Education
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering , Architecture , or Interior Design .

Experience
- 6-7 years of experience in retail store fit-out execution .
- Mandatory experience in handling both standalone stores and mall projects .

Skills Competencies
- Solid understanding of retail interiors, MEP coordination, and site execution practices.
- Ability to read drawings (civil/interiors/electrical) and work with contractors.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and site documentation processes preferred.
