About The Role
This is a full-time, remote Bookkeeper position designed to support the daily accounting operations of a diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of client records by accurately recording and reconciling transactions, managing general ledgers,



and preparing routine journal entries in accordance with established accounting standards and firm policies. The Bookkeeper will also assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring all data entries are accurate and organized. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple client accounts efficiently, maintaining organized, audit-ready records, and providing timely support to our accounting team. Working remotely, the candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum qualification - CA IPCC & B.COM Graduate, with relevant accounting background.
- Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is an asset, demonstrating familiarity with various accounting software platforms.
