SAP SF ECP Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to design, implement, support, and optimize payroll solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. The candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing, integration, compliance, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, PCRs, and payroll processes.
- Design and manage integrations between Employee Central, ECP, SAP HCM, and third-party systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Support payroll processing, reconciliations, error analysis, and year-end activities.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support.
- Troubleshoot payroll and replication issues between Employee Central and ECP.




- Manage payroll localization requirements and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EC, Time Management, Perks, and Finance.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.
- Support system upgrades, enhancement packs, and release management activities.

Functional Skills
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
- Experience with payroll control center and payroll operations.
- Understanding of Employee Central data replication.
- Experience in payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll functions.
- Knowledge of statutory payroll requirements and payroll compliance.

Technical Skills
- SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with ECP..

- Reporting and payroll audit support.
