We are looking for a competent and proactive Advocate to handle the organisation’s day-to-day legal requirements. The primary focus of the role will be Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 matters, particularly proceedings under Section 138, and drafting, reviewing and vetting of agreements and legal documents.
The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of litigation procedures, commercial documentation and legal risk management, along with the ability to independently handle matters and coordinate with external counsel wherever required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
