SUMMARY The Manager, Operations Project Management leads a team of project managers responsible for delivering complex, multi-workstream operational initiatives for Q2’s financial institution and fintech clients. This role is accountable for ensuring projects are scoped effectively, requirements are clear, and timelines and quality commitments are consistently met across a portfolio of client and internal initiatives. Partnering closely with Sales, Support, Development, Product, and Operations, the Manager drives cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and structured escalation management to support strong client and business outcomes.
