Job Summary

The Electrical Estimation & Tendering Manager is responsible for managing the complete tendering lifecycle for electrical projects, including cost estimation, bid preparation, techno-commercial evaluation, and submission. The role requires solid technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to secure competitive and profitable projects in line with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Identification & Analysis
- Track and identify relevant tenders through portals (KSEB, GeM, e-procurement, private clients).
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Assess project feasibility, risks, and alignment with company capabilities.

2. Tender Preparation & Submission
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, finance) for inputs.
- Compile all documentation including technical deviations, compliance statements, and commercial terms.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids.

3. Documentation & Compliance




- Maintain records of all tender documents, estimates, and submissions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and client-specific requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in estimation, costing, and BOQ preparation.
- Familiarity with tendering portals (GeM, e-tendering platforms, KSEB).
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
- Effective communication and team coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in electrical estimation and tendering.
- Experience in handling government and private sector tenders.
- Prior experience in EPC / electrical contracting companies preferred.

Pay: ₹15,864.61 - ₹49,155.34 per month
