B2B Cocoa Sales Executive – Enterprise Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for a B2B Cocoa Sales Executive to develop enterprise accounts for our cocoa, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, and chocolate ingredient portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire large B2B/enterprise customers in the food and FMCG industry.
- Develop relationships with Procurement, Purchase, R&D;, QA, and Production teams.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, coordinate samples/trials, and close orders.
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Build recurring business and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Target Customers




Chocolate & confectionery manufacturers, bakeries, biscuit companies, food manufacturers, ice-cream companies, HoReCa groups, and food ingredient distributors.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B/Enterprise Sales experience, preferably in cocoa, chocolate, bakery ingredients, food ingredients, or FMCG.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Existing industry contacts will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR and nearby industrial areas.
- Target-driven and robust in follow-ups.

Compensation
₹16,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives, based on experience and profile.

Key Focus: Lead Generation → Client Meetings → Product Trials → Negotiation → Order Conversion → Repeat Business.
