Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end Solar EPC project execution from mobilization to commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, timely completion, and smooth execution of both rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee complete Solar EPC execution from project mobilization to commissioning.

* Supervise contractors, site engineers, and project teams.

* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and timelines.

* Coordinate with DISCOMs, electrical inspectors, government authorities, and third-party vendors.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and proper execution.





* Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

* Prepare and submit regular work progress reports to management.

* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.

* Identify and resolve site-level technical and operational issues.

* Ensure project activities are completed as per quality standards and specifications.

* Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Solar EPC project execution.

* Site execution and project management experience.

* Good knowledge of electrical/civil site activities.

* Solid coordination and communication skills.

* Contractor and vendor management skills.

* Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

* Good planning, monitoring, and problem-solving abilities.

* Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
