Role Description
The Process Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for analyzing existing business processes within Food & Beverage operations, documenting workflows, and identifying opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.



The Process Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional plant teams to gather requirements, map processes, and recommend changes aligned with Operational Excellence and digital transformation goals. Daily activities include preparing reports and dashboards, supporting implementation of current or improved processes, monitoring performance metrics, and providing feedback on continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves clear communication of findings to stakeholders, facilitating workshops or meetings as needed, and ensuring that process changes are sustainable and measurable.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret operational data and performance metrics.
- Experience in business process, business process management, and business process improvement within manufacturing or Food & Beverage environments.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
