Role Description

The
MSL Lead
will serve as a scientific and medical expert, leading a team of Medical Science Liaisons to support Wockhardt’s therapeutic areas and portfolio.



This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves developing and executing medical engagement plans, overseeing scientific exchange with healthcare professionals, and ensuring accurate, balanced, and evidence-based communication about Wockhardt’s products. The MSL Lead will coordinate peer-to-peer interactions, advisory boards, and medical education initiatives, while gathering and synthesizing medical insights to inform clinical development, medical strategy, and commercial teams. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching MSLs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, collaborating cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, marketing, and market access teams, and contributing to publications, presentations, and scientific materials.
