Role Description
The Android Developer (Kolkata) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Android applications that support Yogic Software’s solutions for retail and channel partners. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into functional mobile applications, implementing clean and efficient code, integrating APIs and backend services, and optimizing applications for performance and usability. The role involves troubleshooting issues,



performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices in Android development and software engineering. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure mobile solutions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Mobile Application Development and working with Mobile Applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Android Development and Android Design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development, including coding, debugging, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin, Android SDK, and RESTful APIs is beneficial.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and team-oriented development workflows is preferred.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, and material design guidelines is advantageous.
