Role Summary

You will be responsible for the technical configuration, development, and maintenance of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Activation platform. This role spans the marketing ecosystem, specifically focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement customer-focused platforms,



including Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solutions.
- Develop and integrate multiple data flows and pipelines to consolidate disparate customer interaction streams into a single source of truth for use across the marketing and advertising technology stack.
- Contribute to the development of customer data models to support marketing segmentation, targeting, personalization, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with global and divisional marketing teams to advance first-party data collection, integration efforts, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Partner with digital marketing, analytics, and eCommerce technical teams to integrate relevant customer data effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's consumer and professional setting.
- Manage business relationships with global and divisional marketing teams to support strategic objectives
