Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through sales, referrals, networking, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify customer financial needs, acquire recent clients, and recommend suitable loan products based on eligibility and credit profile.
- Promote and sell financial products, including Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Vehicle Loan, MSME Loan, and other loan solutions.
- Guide customers through the loan process by explaining product features, eligibility, interest rates, EMI, documentation, and repayment options.
- Manage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, maintaining CRM records, following up with prospects, and ensuring successful loan disbursements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and NBFCs to ensure accurate documentation, smooth loan processing, timely approvals, and disbursements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and financial institutions while delivering excellent pre- and post-disbursement support.
- Achieve sales, revenue, customer acquisition,



and loan disbursement targets while driving cross-selling and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, lending policies, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate financial guidance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC/AML regulations, lender guidelines, and ethical standards while maintaining customer confidentiality and service excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executives and Senior Business Development Executives with 1-4 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with prior experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Loan Sales or Loan Advisory will be preferred. Experience in Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loan, Personal Loan or other financial products will be an advantage.
